Returns and Exchanges -


Our simple and generous policy lasts 30 days from when you receive your goods. You have 30 days from customer receipt to return unwanted goods for a refund.  This is a non negotiable and ample return time frame, please consider this when ordering.

If the 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange this is due to our fabric manufacturing and colours /dye variations with each fabric cut.  Please note this when ordering far in advance.  This is non negotiable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with any hangers / tags.   Please also understand we have to resell, if the item is not wanted or needed, understand someone else may/will want it and we will only refund if returned in the same condition.  

If an item is returned without a returns slip / or your order details we are simply unable to work out where the item is from.   Please ensure to enclose your name, order number and reason for exchange / refund.  

 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
Bespoke / Custom made orders.  

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase / copy of order details.  Please note should goods be returned without a name or any details the return will be void, we are a very busy warehouse and we simply cannot work out who returns goods if no name or details are enclosed, we have had so many returns with no details, these are now simply given back to the Post Office to return to sender.    Please do not worry about product codes as long as we receive the order number that is sufficient.

 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected by our returns team, this can take up to 14 working days from receipt at our warehouse.  If you wish to know if the item has been received at the warehouse please check the tracking number as we will not confirm receipt until the returns are checked and the refund is processed.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Delivery is non refundable.

* Please note there is a now 5% restocking fee on all full orders over £100 that are returned without a purchase, this is to cover the subsidized postage charges.  This also covers any orders that are colour requested and made to order.  

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Please check the tracking to ensure the parcel has been delivered.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund after the 21 days, please contact us at ukflowergirlboutique@gmail.com with the tracking details.


Exchanges (if applicable)

Under no circumstances will orders be exchanged without receiving original goods back, this includes in the unfortunate event there is a only a short time frame.  We cannot be held responsible for buyers not leaving ample time on the off chance an exchange is required. 


If you need to exchange rather than reorder an item for any reason, please click the following link to pay for the postage on the item we will sending back out to you.  As our prices are kept as low as we can we do not offer free exchanges.

Please ensure to add your original order number and your exchange request / order number in the notes at checkout. 

You can then return your item back to us which ever way you feel best.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to:   UK Flower Girl Boutique, Suite 1, Ash House, The Broyle, East Sussex. BN8 5NN.  United Kingdom

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Once we receive the original item at the warehouse we are then able to swap this over for you.  Do not forget to add the returns form, along with the postage order number and exchange request.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.



Depending on where you live, and depending if the item is in stock, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We will not be held responsible for any loss by the couriers for returned goods, as the buyer is the sender.  We do not recommend Evri, but this is the buyers choice.

Returns can take up to 21 working days to process and refund.  Please contact your card issuer for any further details.
