Needing to exchange?.....
We do try to keep our prices as low as we possibly can for you but by doing this we do not include a return exchange postage.
- Complete the returns form included in the order
- Pop the original item(s) and returns form back to us (customer to pay the return postage either at post office or via online courier however they may wish)
- Click 'Add to Cart' to order and generate a postage exchange label, please add your request for exchange item which we are then able to arrange and send to you the requested exchange once your original item(s) arrive back to us.
- If you are short of time it is preferable to simply reorder and return the original for a refund (in which case this label is not needed).
For refunds please simply return along with returns form by your selected courier. Again, you will need to pay for the postage for any item to be returned to us.
