At UK Flower Girl Boutique Limited we make every effort to ensure your order gets to you as quickly and safely as possible.
UK Flower Girl Boutique Limited will deal with the customer’s order in accordance with our obligations under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended) and the Sale and Supply of Goods to Consumers Regulations 2002.
The order will be processed with 24/48 working hours, upon receipt, confirmation and processing emails will be sent accordingly.
Should you arrange a collection we ask you collect your goods from store within two weeks of notification of the order being processed.
Posted items will be posted either The Delivery Group or Royal Mail with, where applicable, a tracking number. It is customary for The Delivery Group and Royal Mail to leave a notification card with their contact information if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery, however this is not guaranteed and dependable on the local courier. UK Flower Girl Boutique Limited cannot be held responsible and we advise you to contact your local courier (tracking details will be issued) / local Royal Mail Sorting Office.
Returns & Exchanges
Where returns or exchanges are requested, please contact us to advise and please note all goods must be returned to the store within 31 days of collection / receipt and in original condition and packaging. Please send your name / address / order details / payment details, without this we simply cannot process the return or exchange.
If you are not satisfied with the quality of the ordered items(s) UK Flower Girl Boutique Limited does follow a strict policy of Replace or Refund, depending on which remedy is the most appropriate.
In the case of a refund, you will be eligible for a full refund less the cost of any shipping charges previously incurred as these are considered complete at that point. UK Flower Girl Boutique Limited retains ultimate discretion on whether a product is deemed faulty or not. Refunds can take up to 21 working days.
Refunds paid onto same payment method upon ordering.
Please do confirm if payment was made via BACS prior to requesting a refund.
All our refunds are made automatically and unless this is requested beforehand the refund will be returned to us.
Should you request a refund via Bank Transfer please note this can take up to 31 days from your confirmation of bank details.

Title in the Goods shall not pass until the price of the goods has been paid in full.

Use of this website implies that all the terms and conditions in regards to orders placed, order placement and other issues concerning orders, as outlined here have been accepted and agreed to.
Should you, the Customer wish to cancel an order please contact us straight away. Should the order be marked as Processing we are unable to cancel the order.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability, any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to mainland UK and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure (including Acts of God, Acts of War or Acts of Terrorism) for which we will not be responsible. UK Flower Girl Boutique will not be responsible for such delays resulting from situations within the recipient’s control, such as recipient not being available to accept delivery, or incorrect delivery details supplied.
