Ok but …

The dresses are very nice and appear true to size for age however the delivery company used appear to have placed a bigger parcel on mine and one of the zips has been ripped from the dress in transit. If it was sewn and dispatched that way however it should never have passed quality control

Hi, we sent a replacement dress to you as i'm unsure how this would have happened, we certainly didn't send it out ripped so I can only believe something has happened on route in transit to you. I hope this has now been received and all is sorted.
