Ordering & Delivery Information

At UK Flower Girl Boutique,, a premier bridal boutique in Ringmer, East Sussex, we are dedicated to helping you find the perfect wedding gown, bridesmaid dress, or flower girl outfit for your special day. To ensure a smooth and stress-free shopping experience, please review the following information regarding our stock availability, lead times, and delivery process.

Stock Availability

All items displayed are currently in stock and available to order, unless they have been discontinued or sold out from the next scheduled delivery or allocation. As both a bridal boutique and warehouse, we regularly process large orders—sometimes up to 10 gowns for a single wedding party—which can quickly deplete our stock. This is especially true for our most popular styles, colors, and sizes.

If your chosen size, color, or style is unavailable in our on-the-shelf stock, we will notify you via email with pre-order details. Please check your junk or spam folder to avoid missing important updates from our boutique.

Lead Times

Like most bridal boutiques, some gowns and accessories may require a lead time. We receive new deliveries every 4–6 weeks, but we strongly recommend placing your order at least 6 weeks before your required date to ensure your chosen item is available in time.

Flower Girl & Bridal Party Orders

Flower girl dress orders can often include up to 10 gowns, which may quickly reduce our stock levels. For the best chance of securing your preferred style and size, we recommend ordering early, especially during peak bridal season.

Processing & Dispatch

If your items are in stock, standard UK orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–4 working days, with delivery taking an additional 2-4 working days. During busy periods, these times may be extended.

Delivery Options & Times

We treat every parcel with care, as if it were being sent to our own home. Most orders are shipped via Yodel or Royal Mail courier, providing full tracking for peace of mind. If delivery via Yodel or Royal Mail is unavailable for your address, we will dispatch via DHL.

UK Delivery

Standard UK Mainland Delivery (Yodel/Royal Mail) – £4.95 | 3–4 working days
Highlands, Isles, and remote locations – £5.99 | 3–4 working days
All UK orders over £50 are sent via DHL for added insurance protection, unless noted as a remote area.
Next-Day Delivery (if in stock) – Delivery is subject to courier performance and cannot be guaranteed. Any complaints must be addressed to the courier. For urgent orders, contact us in advance to confirm stock and dispatch dates.

European Delivery

Standard Europe (Global Mail, DHL, or Royal Mail) – £18.99 for orders up to £59.99; £24.99 for orders over £60

International Delivery (USA, Canada, Australia)

Standard International (Global Mail or Royal Mail) – 7–12 working days | £26.99 for orders up to £59.99; £34.99 for orders over £60 (please note any delays can take up to 31 working days, again please contact the courier for updates)
Express International (DHL) – 2–3 working days | £39.99

Gift & Delivery Details

Orders delivered to another recipient include only a packing slip, with no prices shown.
Gift wrapping is available by arrangement to make your order extra special.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

In the rare event that an item is lost in transit, we are unable to issue an immediate refund. An investigation must be opened with the courier, which can take up to 31 days to resolve. This process is managed by the courier and is outside our control.
